Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that brings together elements of self-defense, acrobatics, music and dance. It is played as a game, during which two players engage with each other inside a circle formed by other players who sing, clap and play instruments.
Capoeira is accessible to children and adults of all ages, and to boys and girls, men and women. It is a great way to stay fit and have fun while learning an ancestral tradition that brings all kinds of people together to celebrate diversity.
